The problem

Restoration procurement runs on event-time, not business-time.

A restoration franchise gets the call: water damage in a 40-unit apartment building, kitchen fire in a strip mall, mold remediation in a school. Trucks roll in 1-4 hours. The crew needs 30 cases of antimicrobial, 6 boxes of HEPA cartridges, 4 cases of Tyvek suits, and 200 absorbent socks ready when they arrive. The primary supplier closed at 6 PM and the next truck is Monday.

Specialty distributors are not 24x7.

Aramsco, Jon-Don, regional restoration distributors keep business-hours order desks. After-hours emergencies fall on the franchise owner to scramble through Amazon Business, Home Depot, or whatever local source happens to be open.

Claim cadence breaks weekly procurement.

Three weeks of light claim volume means standing PO empties slowly. Then a wind storm rolls through and a franchise needs 5x normal supply over 48 hours. Most distributors are not staffed for the spike.

Insurance documentation is its own workflow.

Each claim has its own cost-code allocation, photo documentation, audit trail. Most distributor invoices roll up by date / shipment, not by claim. Restoration contractors then reverse-engineer the per-claim allocation themselves at month-end.

Indie franchisees lack purchasing leverage.

Servpro corporate has national supply contracts. Belfor corporate has the same. Indie franchise owners and small regionals do not get the same pricing. They overpay on antimicrobials and PPE compared to the corporate-account economics.

How we work with restoration contractors

Built for event-driven supply.

01

Standing kit + emergency override.

Set up a standing supply kit (your usual mix of antimicrobials, PPE, absorbents) with monthly replenishment. When a claim spikes demand, the emergency override kicks in: send the event-specific BOM and we route the burst order separate from the standing PO.

02

Emergency orders monitored 24x7.

Inbound emergency-flag email subjects trigger after-hours routing. We coordinate with suppliers that can ship overnight or local courier when warranted. Most emergency orders ship within 12 hours from the closest supplier DC, often delivered by 8 AM the next morning.

03

Per-claim cost-code allocation.

Each emergency order can be tagged with the claim number / job code on the PO. The invoice carries that through so per-claim allocation is automatic. Xactimate Q-code referencing supported when called out.

04

Ship to claim site or staging warehouse.

Direct delivery to the loss site, or to your nearest staging warehouse if your crew picks up before deploying. when needed. Multi-claim multi-site supply burst handled with per-site routing.

Yes. Servpro, Belfor, AmeriDri, ServiceMaster Restore. Per-franchise ship-to, per-franchise budget, consolidated invoicing. Standardized franchise kit if your network mandates one.

How do you compare to Aramsco or Jon-Don?

Aramsco and Jon-Don dominate restoration-specialty distribution and have strong franchise relationships. Our wedge: indie restoration contractors and smaller franchisees who do not get the deep-account economics. Plus cross-category bundling.

Do you supply IICRC certification training materials?

No. Training and certification materials (IICRC, WRT, ASD, AMRT certifications) are outside our scope. We supply the operational consumables and equipment that certified technicians use on the job.
