For OEMs and machine builders

OEM BOMs, every cycle

A distributor built for repeat bills of materials. Fasteners, bearings, electrical and automation components, sensors, lubricants, production supplies. Priced across our supplier network in minutes. Shipped on production cadence.

The problem

OEM procurement is built around the wrong distributor.

Most distributors price one line at a time. OEM and machine-builder procurement is fundamentally different. You buy 200 lines on the same cadence, every cycle, for the life of the machine model.

Five suppliers for one machine.

Fasteners from one wholesaler. Bearings from another. Electrical components from a third. Sensors direct from a manufacturer. Lubricants and adhesives from a fourth. Each with their own portal, their own lead times, their own AR contact.

Substitutions break the spec.

Distributor swaps a Hubbell receptacle for a Leviton on the quote. Engineering catches half; the other half ship and get noticed at install. Re-pricing follows. So does a quality hold.

One single-source part goes long-lead.

Your BOM has one part that only one supplier carries. Their lead time slips to 12 weeks. You learn at the next PO cycle, not when the lead time changed. Production schedule slips with it.

BOM revision means re-quoting the whole thing.

Engineering revises three lines on a 200-line BOM. Your distributor wants a fresh RFQ on the entire bill. Three weeks later you have new pricing on 197 lines that did not change.

How we work

One BOM. One coordination point. Every production cycle.

We built the BOM workflow specifically for OEMs and machine builders running repeat production. Send it once, price it once, ship it forever.

01

Send the BOM.

Excel, CSV, PDF, structured export from your PLM or ERP. Manufacturer part numbers, descriptions, quantities. Flag substitution-allowed lines if relevant.

02

Quoted in 15 minutes. Long-lead lines flagged.

Most distributors take days to quote a 200-line BOM. We return it the same morning with single-source and long-lead lines called out, so engineering can pre-approve substitutes or commit forward stock before the production cycle.

03

You approve. We set the cadence.

Weekly, monthly, or per-build. Kit-pack on request so the production floor receives the BOM already organized by sub-assembly.

04

BOM revisions are partial re-quotes.

Change three lines, we re-price three lines. Same-day turnaround. Your engineering team is not waiting on procurement to catch up.

What we supply

The categories OEM BOMs are built from.

Fasteners and hardware

Grade 5 / 8 / 10.9 / 12.9 bolts, stainless 18-8 / 316, metric and inch, structural fasteners (A325, A490), aerospace-grade (NAS, MS, AN) on request. Washers, nuts, threadlockers, anchors.

Bearings, belts, power transmission

Ball, roller, tapered roller, needle, thrust (SKF, Timken, NTN, NSK, FAG, INA). V-belts, timing belts, sheaves, chains, sprockets, motor couplings, gear reducers.

Electrical and automation components

Wire, cable, connectors, relays, contactors, motor starters, PLCs (when distributable), sensors, encoders, terminal blocks, IEC server cords, panel hardware.

Pneumatics and hydraulics

Cylinders (SMC, Festo, Bimba, Parker), FRLs, valves, fittings, tubing, hydraulic hoses (Parker, Eaton, Gates), pumps, accumulators.

Lubricants, adhesives, chemicals

Cutting fluids, gear oil, hydraulic fluid, food-grade lubes, threadlockers (Loctite, Henkel), structural adhesives, gasket sealants, RTV, parts washer solvents.

Production-floor consumables and PPE

Abrasives (3M, Norton, Klingspor), cut-resistant gloves by ANSI rating, safety glasses, hearing protection, hi-vis, shop rags, absorbents, packaging and crating supplies for outbound finished product.

FAQ

What OEM and machine-builder buyers ask.

How do you handle a 500-line BOM?

Upload it in any format: Excel, CSV, PDF, structured BOM from your PLM. We parse every line, source across our supplier network, and return a priced quote in 15 minutes for typical BOMs, longer for spec-grade or low-volume parts.

Can you match a part to spec when we send a manufacturer P/N?

Yes. Send the manufacturer part number and we source it as-spec from authorized channels. If you want substitutions evaluated, flag the lines where alternates are acceptable and we will quote both.

Do you work with production cadence: weekly or monthly fills?

Yes. Once your BOM is priced and validated, we set a standing schedule. Weekly or monthly fills, kit-pack on request, ship on the same day every cycle.

What if a part on our BOM is single-sourced and goes long-lead?

We flag long-lead items on the original quote so engineering can pre-approve substitutes or commit forward stock. For known-risk parts we hold safety stock against your forecast.

How do you handle revision changes to the BOM?

Send the revised BOM. We re-price only the changed lines and confirm the impact on cost and lead time within the same business day.

What categories of components do you cover?

Fasteners (grade 5/8/10.9, stainless, metric, NAS/MS aerospace on request), bearings, belts, electrical and automation components, sensors, pneumatics, lubricants, adhesives, abrasives, production-floor PPE, packaging and crating consumables.

What payment terms?

Net-30 with credit review. ACH and wire accepted. Credit card on smaller orders. For ongoing production accounts, terms expand with payment history.

Send the BOM. We will quote every line.

No login. No sales call. Upload a sample BOM and see what the response looks like before you commit to anything.
