This policy covers cintrasupply.com and the quote desk behind it, operated by Cintra Supply LLC, Jersey City, NJ.
When you request a quote we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, phone if provided, and the contents of your request, including any files you attach (BOMs, takeoffs, spreadsheets, photos of labels). When you order, we additionally collect shipping addresses, PO numbers, and payment or credit information needed to fulfill and invoice the order. The website itself does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers.
To price your request, fulfill your order, invoice it, and support it afterward. If you give us change intervals or install dates for scheduled reordering, we use them to send you the quotes you asked for on that schedule. We may email you about your quotes and orders; we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Customer BOMs and attachments are used to produce your quote and retained for order fulfillment and audit. They are not used to train any external AI model, and they are not shared with anyone beyond the suppliers and carriers needed to fulfill your specific order.
Only the parties needed to serve you: fulfilling suppliers (item and shipping details), carriers (delivery details), payment processors (payment details), and our email and hosting providers as data processors. We do not sell or rent customer data. We disclose information if legally required and will tell you when the law allows.
Quote and order records are retained for business, tax, and audit purposes. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop scheduled-reorder emails, contact quote@cintrasupply.com and we will respond within 10 business days.
