These terms apply to quotes issued by and orders placed with Cintra Supply LLC ("Cintra"). A purchase order issued against a Cintra quote constitutes acceptance of these terms unless a separate written agreement governs.
Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless a different validity period is stated on the quote. The quoted price is the invoice price: no fees are added beyond what appears on the quote, other than taxes required by law. Quotes state lead times per line as provided by the fulfilling supplier at time of quoting. Obvious clerical errors in a quote may be corrected before order acceptance.
Orders are placed by issuing a purchase order against a quote, or by written approval of a quote by email. Cintra confirms each accepted order in writing with expected delivery dates. Cintra may decline any order prior to confirmation.
Public agency purchase orders are accepted on net-30 terms with no credit application. Commercial accounts are eligible for net-30 terms subject to credit review; credit card payment is available immediately. Invoices are issued after goods ship and reference your PO number. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Shipping charges, when applicable, appear as a line on the quote; there are no undisclosed freight additions. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates based on supplier and carrier information. See Shipping & Returns for carrier practices, receiving instructions, and damage claims.
Standard stocked items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with original packaging, subject to a return merchandise authorization (RMA) issued by Cintra. Items we shipped in error, and items that arrive damaged or defective, are replaced or credited at no cost to you. Special-order, custom-cut, hazardous-material, and dated goods are not returnable unless defective. Details and the RMA process are in Shipping & Returns.
Products carry their manufacturer's warranty, which Cintra passes through to the buyer and will assist in administering. CINTRA MAKES NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Product selection against a specification remains the buyer's responsibility; substitutions we propose are flagged on the quote for your approval before ordering.
Cintra's liability on any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. Cintra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime or lost profits.
Orders from government buyers are subject to applicable procurement law, and any flow-down clauses stated on the purchase order and accepted at confirmation. Products requiring certification to a standard (ANSI, UL, NFPA) are quoted against the standard stated on your request.
