For K-12 and higher education

One supplier across the campus,
from classroom to cafeteria.

Classroom paper, jan-san, cafeteria foodservice, nurse office, science lab, custodial, athletics, IT consumables. Cooperative purchasing ready (TIPS, Sourcewell, BuyBoard). Ship per campus. Built for school districts, charter networks, community colleges, and universities.

The problem

Education procurement has unique constraints distributors rarely solve well.

A school district's operational supply program spans 6-12 categories across every campus, runs on cooperative-purchasing contracts and state grant cycles, and has to meet documentation requirements that consumer-grade distributors are not built for. Most districts end up with 10-20 vendors and a procurement manager who spends most of their time chasing invoices.

Cooperative purchasing is gated.

TIPS, Sourcewell, BuyBoard, OMNIA, NJSBA, E&I (higher ed): different platforms, different award processes, different vendor onboarding. Many distributors do not navigate them. School procurement teams default to whoever is already listed even when pricing is uncompetitive.

Grant-funded procurement is documentation-heavy.

ESSER, IDEA, Title I, state-grant programs require detailed invoicing with allowable-use compliance, country-of-origin disclosure, and audit-ready records. Generic distributors do not always carry the documentation through to the invoice.

Seasonal cadence is extreme.

Summer (June-August) is 60-80% of annual K-12 supply ordering for the back-to-school push. Most distributors are not staffed for the seasonal spike and lead times slip from 5 days to 4 weeks. Districts often miss the start of school.

Bursty programs against thin staff.

School operations is typically run by one or two procurement people who also handle athletics, transportation, facilities, and grant accounting. A multi-vendor supply program is the easy thing to cut corners on. Vendor proliferation eats their time.
